Join Road 2 Clarity along with Grace & Gratitude Healing for a 1 hour & 45 minute self care & pampering session. Find your internal peace & melt into the moment. This workshops max capacity is 10 participants to ensure you get the attention you deserve!
What to expect-
Short Intro
Breath Work
Yin Restorative Yoga 45 Mins(Stephanie will go around giving massages while Claire instructs giving reiki.)
Shavasna (rest) 45 minutes
(Your hosts will come around offering reflexology, hands on reiki, and meridian healing.)
What to bring -A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, and pen.
