Lemoncello Torte consists of delicious, moist cake layers moistened with elderflower essence, filled with lemon curd. 🍋 Then adorned with a crown of cream cheese whipped creme fresh flowers, berries and candied lemon. You will learn to assemble and decorate your torte.

All supplies for your 6" Torte creation will be provided. As well as a box to take your decadent creation home.

All original recipes created by chef Colleen will be compiled into a leaflet as a gift to you.

As a child I was free to roam my grandparents’ farmland and explore the countryside. Many days were spent in my grandmother’s flower beds and gardens. Inhaling the sweet scent of my grandmother’s favorites Gladiola, Sweet William, and Vintage roses. My grandfather took me on expeditions foraging for wild mushrooms and asparagus in the woodland surrounding their home.

This created my sincere LOVE and appreciation for all things nature. Culinary plants and the ability to adapt them into culinary creations and vibrational medicines with healing properties. This is a huge part of my being. All throughout my life I have had a strong connection to nature. Being an intuitive healer, guide by the Angelic realm my personal beliefs have always been centered around herbalism, using food as a healing modality and a holistic approach to medicine. I am a stage 4 cancer SURVIVOR.

With this given knowledge I have created healing flower essences, Scent and Elixirs that regenerate your spirit by removing emotional blocks and unifying mind, body, and soul through the acupuncture meridians.
