About the event
Children ages 6-10 years old are invited to join us for an age-appropriate yoga journey. Including breathing exercises, playful yoga, games, stories, relaxation, circle talking share, and meditation. Parents are welcome to stay for the duration of the program, but will not be able to join in on the practice due to space constraints.
Yoga mat available.
