About the event
Somatic Dance & Cacao ceremony -
Somatic dance is known as dancing from the inside out. Moving our bodies intuitively & creatively in any expression. This practices help with the connection between our mind and body, similar to yoga.
What to expect -
As we gather in circle we will set intentions for our movement & drink cacao which is known for being a heart opener.
From there we will start with some natural guided movement that will get us into dancing freely.
We will dance for about 45 minutes. From there we will journal our experience while I play my drums. Lastly we will share our experience in circle if you feel called to do so.
