Winter Solstice With Strongheart DrumMedicine With Cacao

On the day of Winter SOLSTICE, we welcome "Strongheart Drumming into our beautiful space. They will be giving away a  Solstice gift basket to one lucky winner valued at 200.00,  and the option to purchase advance tickets for a drum-making class to be announced THAT EVENING FOR 2023

Drumming gives us an experience where we can be free to connect with ourselves and others, in order to release, restore and heal. It is a universal language where all people can be a part, free from words and concepts so we can experience life with an open heart.

This is a two-hour sound journey using a 28" Sioux Ceremonial Drum, 26" Sound Creation Gong, 47" Buffalo Drum, tubular bells, and Solfeggio Chimes. Drum Circles also provide an opportunity for participants to feel connected with others and gain a sense of interpersonal support. A drum circle provides an opportunity to connect with your own spirit at a deeper level. Group drumming alleviates self-centeredness, isolation, and alienation. There are great benefits to feeling connected to others, especially those in similar situations.

Also as a special part of this event Cacao will be served. 

Cacao, the purest form of chocolate, used in its drinkable form becomes the gateway to opening the heart center and connecting us to the truest parts of ourselves. Our solstice celebration will begin with just a sacred sip of this natural elixir and within the circle of community, we will experience the creative, expansive, and loving energy of this beautiful plant medicine.
