I found yoga about 8 years ago when I needed an outlet and immediately loved not only the physical benefits, but the mental and spiritual benefits were something I’d never gained from a typical gym. Every time I came to my mat it was like hitting a reset button. A few years later I began thinking about becoming a certified yoga teacher, but something kept holding me back. Fast forward to 2020 and after “sheltering in place” at home for months I decided to just go for it and it has been the greatest gift to my life. The ability to share my knowledge and make people fall in love with yoga and it’s immeasurable benefits like I did is such a joy! 


When I’m not on my mat or teaching I can be found hanging out with my amazing kids, traveling, hiking in the woods, kayaking, reading or gardening.
